Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) training is required within 6 months of hire. Must complete STABLE program within 1 year of hire and maintained if offered at NRHS. Must attend breastfeeding classes as offered. Must attend required teach weeks/skills fairs and participate in emergency drills while on the job.New grads are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
