The OpportunityReporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Products and Services, as the Product Owner-Plasma Donor and Marketing Customer Relationship Platform, you will accountable for leading the CRM (Salesforce platform) for CSL Plasma. You will lead the development and execution of digital initiatives across the CRM portfolio. You will work directly with the CSL business and members of the applications teams, they will ensure the core services products are managed and maintained in a compliant way, though when appropriate can allow flexibility in meeting business needs. You will provide leadership for support of the CRM platform across both CSL and Managed Service Provider resources. You will provide leadership and knowledge expertise in the process at both the global and local level. As a process champion, they will analyze business and technical processes to ensure reduction of risk and exposure on behalf of the CSL I&T organization, and beyond. This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybridThe RoleProduct Vision & RoadmapsCollaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy.Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.Create and manage product roadmaps that outline key milestones and deliverables.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Development CollaborationWork with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to guide the agile development process.Address and resolve any blockers affecting the progress of the development team.Quality Assurance and Performance MonitoringDefine and validate product acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with QA teams to conduct testing and resolve any identified issues.Measure and analyze product performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.Deliver regular updates on product progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.Market AnalysisConduct competitive analysis and market research to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant.Stay informed about industry trends and latest technologies.Resources & LeadershipLead a team of direct reports to deliver the process/service, potentially including both internal and contract resources.Lead, motivate and manage the team and other associated resources, direct or indirect.Foster and promote strong collaboration within the team, wider IT and the broader business.Your skills and experienceBachelor's degree required with a preferred focus in in Business, Computer Science, or related field.8+ years' relevant experience in IT, systems/platform architecture within a life sciences, services company or related consulting firm.Experience leading solution/product technology functions and digital initiatives at a global level.Proven experience in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, other).Experience converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases and user stories with acceptance criteria.Demonstrated ability to engage both technology professionals and business partners to achieve target outcomes.Removes cultural or process barriers to the usage of common components and functionalities.Outstanding ability to influence senior leadership, peers, and other internal and external stakeholder groups, and communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner.Applied experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and configuration, internal and external integrations (Informatica ETL and API web services), SQL/PL-SQL procedures and Java framework.Knowledge and skills managing simple to complex analytics through dashboards.Experience with database design concepts, middleware concepts, user interface development, and information security engineering.Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform technical limitations and common technical design patterns, integration patterns and business application development patterns.Knowledge of computer system testing/validation required.Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to understand commercial business information, logically structure them into IT elements that build practical solutions, identify root causes of issues, conduct troubleshooting, and perform impact analysis.Project, Resource, and Budget management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred 7+ Years of working in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.Preferred knowledge of Related product certifications (ex: SFDC).Preferred knowledge of SFDC Communities development and/or technical support.Preferred Quality Management System experience.Preferred knowledge of regulations such as 21CFR part 11, 210, 211 and cGMP.The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $170,000 - $200,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors.
