Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.(above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience.Licensure / CertificationMust have current Oklahoma Nursing license. Along with previous work history reflecting stable employment.(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).Licensure / CertificationCurrent Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment. Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) training preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employmentOther Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesMust participate in Perinatal Continuing Education Program (PCEP) when offered at that hospital. Must complete STABLE program within 1 year of hire and maintained if offered at NRHS. Must attend breastfeeding classes as offered. Must attend required teach weeks/skills fairs and participate in emergency drills while on the job.
