Compensation: $29.98-44.97/hr (Depending on Experience) + Significant Overtime Potential During the spring, harvest, and fall seasons, there is a significant opportunity to work additional hours, and overtime work is encouraged. Pap Machinery pays overtime for any work over 8 hours in a day/40 hours in a week and also pays double-time for any work over 12 hours in a day. On average a shop service technician at this location earns over 150 hours of overtime per year.
