Floating: Will float to ICU, IMCU, CVICU, ED first and then Medical Surgical, telemetry, post surgical, ortho neuro, and BHU RN Union Contract states traveler or agency nurses float prior to regularly employed staff. Traveler RN may float to any floor. If they float to med-surg, they are there as a resource nurse and may take a reduced assignment. Patient Ratio: 1/1, ICU and CVICU - 1/2, IMCU - 1/3 Dress Code: Standard scrub top and bottoms - any colors.
