This includes administration and oversight of both internal and external planning personnel, including Maintenance contract personnel.Responsible for managing the overall development, implementation and monitoring of the component optimization group which includes utilizing preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance technologies to maximize equipment reliability, plant performance and departmental work planning efficiency.Effectively manage the FIN team to improve equipment reliability and minimize impact to station scheduled activities.Effectively manage the CMO Group to improve equipment reliability and minimize impact to station scheduled activities(for single units).Participates in all aspects of Maintenance Department management to support safe and efficient operation of the plant, including the development, implementation and performance monitoring of all corporate, site and divisional business goals and objectives.Effectively communicate significant plant and personnel issues to Maintenance Director and all applicable levels of station management.
