Weekend houseparents are couples who stay in on-campus student homes every other weekend (from 6 p.m. Friday to 9:30 p.m. Sunday) to supervise and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students while the full-time couples are off-duty. They provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as coordinating student activities, chaperoning to Sunday chapel services, driving student home vans, administering medications, preparing meals, and more.
