Operate squeeze roll machine and count incoming aluminum blanks for storage. Measure and cut aluminum and composite sheets to required dimensions, trim edges of sheeted sign blanks. Fabricate aluminum and construction signs, including custom layouts for silk screen and printing processes. Read and understand sign order requirements from sales orders and verbal instructions. Advanced knowledge of AISC, AWS, OSHA, and MSHA standards. Proficiency with structural design software, including RISA-3D (or similar), and AutoCAD (3D modeling, design, and 2D drawing creation). Expertise in structural design involving steel and concrete materials. Strong understanding of structural steel detailing and concrete foundation principles.
