MHS is seeking a part-time Guest Safety Associate to join the Campus Safety Department. This position serves as the primary contact at the main entrance of the Founders Hall building to direct guests & visitors, answering a variety of questions, and monitoring all the safety and security concerns that may occur. The associate will greet and direct guests & visitors for Founders Hall, promoting good public relations through courteous, helpful, and professional manner. Also, will serve as a liaison between outside callers and MHS Community, providing direction and assistance as needed, maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all areas of responsibilities and duties. Responsibilities include: Be well versed in the School’s Mission and history to be able to answer a variety of questions.Maintaining schedules of activities and meetings for the building and individual departments within the facility. Answering incoming calls and provide support to the Guest Safety Coordinator with databases, reports, planning special events, and other tasks. Providing coverage in the absence of the Guest Safety Coordinator. Assisting the coordination of safety education programs with building personnel. This role will not exceed 29 hours per week during standard business hours and works weekends, with some occasional evenings for special events. Starting pay is in the range of $23.46 - $31.32 an hour and pay is determined based on experience. We do this through top-notch staff and state-of-the-art facilities, including a 40-bed health center, three school nurse clinics, and three dental clinics. MHS is currently seeking a part-time 10-month* Certified Medical or Nursing Assistant (CNA/CMA) to join the Dental Services Department. This position assists the dental clinic driver by accompanying students who have received dental sedation and safely escorting students to/from off-campus specialty appointments. This position provides emotional support, caregiving, palliative care, and supervision when accompanying/transporting students, while always maintaining personal/professional accountability, student safety, and confidentiality consistent with School protocols. *A 10-month work schedule typically includes summer, holidays, and school breaks off. This position will average 15-20 hours per week (flex schedule) typically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays mornings. Hours may vary according to student appointments (7:15 am - Noon). The K-12 Aquatics Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning/recreational environment during all Aquatics Program offerings. Furthermore, this role is responsible for delivering medications to the student homes on campus. The hours for this position will not exceed 29 hours per week and the ability to be flexible with the schedule is required.
