Responsibilities: Work with little to no supervisionClean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machineryTroubleshoot/repair machinery such as slitters, collectors, high speed welders, conveyors, and palletizersInstall and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipmentRepair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipmentBuilding maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeepRepair and assess electrical issues as they ariseAble to familiarize yourself with our CMMS system and log labor/parts according to established expectationsMust be willing to work overtime, including weekends and off-shifts as requiredMust participate in on-call program and may be required to work additional hours on off shift due to on-call programUnderstands quality, PPE requirements, safety, and the importance of complying with safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Perform inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state, and local legal and regulatory agencies. (Includes all state-required inspections and frequencies)Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including trailers, converter dollies, lift gates, light-duty vehicles and any other company-owned equipmentPerform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift gates, light-duty vehicles and any company-owned equipmentCreate and complete work order entries.
