The Flagger is responsible for directing the flow of traffic around construction sites, road maintenance areas, and other work zones. This role involves setting up and taking down traffic control signs, cones, and barricades to ensure the safety of workers and the public. The Flagger uses hand signals, signs, and other traffic control devices to communicate with motorists and guide them safely through or around the work area. The position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the capability to stand for extended periods.
Job Duties:
Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices around work areas to divert traffic. Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members using two-way radios. Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms for up to 10 hours a day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items over 50 pounds. Drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to and from job sites. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition. We are seeking experienced welders to join our fabrication facility. This position requires working the afternoon shift with the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Competitive Pay Based on Shift & Experience with Heavy Plate Fabricating Receive a $2.50 per hour bonus for working 50 hours per week. $3.00/hour shift differential for working the afternoon shift.
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $21 - $25/hr
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $18 - $22/hr
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy fabrication. Successful completion of a hands-on weld test. Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints. Proficiency in welding in all positions using 1/16” and 3/32” diameter wire, air arc and hand burning. Must provide your own hand tools and toolbox. Strong understanding of industry standards for welding and fabrication, including weld symbols. Mechanical aptitude with experience using a variety of hand tools and shop equipment.
