MHS is currently seeking engaging individuals to join the Year-Round Experiences Department (YRE), on a seasonal basis, as YRE Instructor Level 2. The YRE Instructor Level 2 position provides a multitude of services to the program: Student supervision (with teaching certification), Van Driver for programming (with MHS van certification) and as a lead instructor (as assigned) to provide an authentic hands-on experiential learning activities during scheduled calendar breaks (Fall Long Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Presidents Day Weekend, Easter, and Summer). The YRE programming is designed to encourage students to remain on campus in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. A variety of programs provide MHS students with the opportunity to explore a passion or interest in an experiential setting. The MHS custodians are defined as emergency personnel to support the onsite life-sustaining residential model during weather emergencies. This position serves as the primary contact at the main entrance of the Founders Hall building to direct guests & visitors, answering a variety of questions, and monitoring all the safety and security concerns that may occur. The associate will greet and direct guests & visitors for Founders Hall, promoting good public relations through courteous, helpful, and professional manner. Also, will serve as a liaison between outside callers and MHS Community, providing direction and assistance as needed, maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all areas of responsibilities and duties. This position assists the dental clinic driver by accompanying students who have received dental sedation and safely escorting students to/from off-campus specialty appointments.
