ChristianaCare is hiring a part-time Registered Dietitian at our Newark campus and cross-coverage to our campus at Union Hospital in Elkton, MD.As a Registered Dietitian, you would maintain/improve the nutritional status of patients by assessing nutritional risk, evaluating nutritional requirements, developing care plans, providing nutrition education, and evaluating patient nutritional outcomes.This position covers various floors including med/surg, ICU, stepdown, and more and 28 hours weekly.Responsibilities:Identifies and prioritizes patients requiring nutrition intervention and education based upon nutrition screening protocols.Demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to interpret clinical data obtained from medical records.
