Overview: Execute the installation of HVAC systems, hood systems, refrigeration systems, food service equipment, and shelving in new stores, rebuilds, and remodels. Install new equipment for rollouts of new menu items. Responsibilities: 1. Installation and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment, HVAC unit, duct work, food service equipment, hood systems and shelving according to action plan and quality standards.
