Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (required). Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Structural and/or Civil Engineering field. Advanced knowledge of AISC, AWS, OSHA, and MSHA standards. Proficiency with structural design software, including RISA-3D (or similar), and AutoCAD (3D modeling, design, and 2D drawing creation). Expertise in structural design involving steel and concrete materials. Strong understanding of structural steel detailing and concrete foundation principles. Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred). Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Clear and effective communication skills with a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently. Familiarity with industries such as mining, quarrying, or conveyor systems is highly valued. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
