In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days and much more.Expected salary range of $130,500 to $145,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION The Lead Project Financial Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring and controlling of project budget, forecasts and expenditures through the development of project checkbooks and analysis of current and future expenditures for corporate projects. This position will also serve as the department subject matter expert for cost controls, establishing standards and setting expectations for the fleet cost analysts. In addition, the Lead Project Financial Analyst will manage multiple fleet cost analysts (east or west, as appropriate) and will facilitate development, leading and/or oversee training opportunities for cost analysts and project managers as appropriate. This resource will also be responsible for communicating cost issues on high-risk projects to Senior Leadership. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESPerforms detailed analysis of real time monthly project expenditures to ensure costs are properly coded and identify project financial discrepancies. Support resolution of discrepancies through communications with key stakeholders, internal departments, and/or external suppliers.Subject Matter Expert for project financial controls, tools and implementation. Establishes governance (owner of applicable ENMM procedures and processes), identifies and shares best practices, routinely reviews and analyzes checkbooks to identify performance gaps, provides on-going support to assigned sites.Manages the regional costs analysts, including setting expectations and reinforcing standards, conflict resolution, and work load balance.Guides the project manager in the development of PRC and NSAC financial presentations, monthly project reports, and CNO bi-monthly project reviews. Serve as the primary interface to Nuclear finance and strategy for financial related issues such as Project Authorization, DOCR, etc.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree (financial or engineering/construction management) with at least 8 years experience in financial budgeting, cost and/or project estimating experience. OrAt least 12 years experience in financial budgeting, cost and/or project estimating experience in related industry.Effective analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal skills.Thorough computer-based analytical skills (e.g. Access, Excel-based analysis)Supervisory/Management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA and /or CPA or PMPExpertise in PeopleSoft and Hyperion financial systems
