Key Responsibilities: Lead structural engineering efforts, including interpreting specifications, performing structural analysis, designing components, and resolving issues during manufacturing and installation. Develop, analyze, and interpret structural models using RISA-3D and AutoCAD 3D, integrating seamlessly with other project components. Prepare and oversee steel shop drawings and layout approval drawings, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards. Utilize MS Excel to create and manage complex design spreadsheets. Collaborate with mechanical engineers and designers to ensure proper interfaces between structures and equipment. Support Estimating and Sales teams by providing structural insights during project proposals. Conduct site visits to evaluate existing structures and gather measurements for the integration of new equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (required). Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Structural and/or Civil Engineering field. Advanced knowledge of AISC, AWS, OSHA, and MSHA standards. Proficiency with structural design software, including RISA-3D (or similar), and AutoCAD (3D modeling, design, and 2D drawing creation). Expertise in structural design involving steel and concrete materials. Strong understanding of structural steel detailing and concrete foundation principles. Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred). Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Clear and effective communication skills with a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently. Maintains and cleans medical instruments and equipment after each procedure.Assists provider and patient in reviewing and revising care plans and assesses patient progress. Follows up with patient between visits as necessary.Assists with proactive outreach for patients requiring preventive and chronic disease services.Performs care coordination activities among specialists and transitions of care to obtain all necessary patient information.Assists in coordination of referrals, education and community resources.Actively participates in performance improvement initiatives to improve overall patient experience and quality of care.Participates in daily huddles with the provider.Serves as a patient experience advocate by being a positive influence at all times when interacting with patients, visitors and colleagues.
