Resumen del puesto: Configurar y operar una variedad de mquinas herramienta para producir piezas e instrumentos de precisin. Incluye fabricantes de instrumentos de precisin que fabrican, modifican o reparan instrumentos mecnicos. Tambin puede fabricar y modificar piezas para hacer o reparar mquinas herramientas o mantener mquinas industriales, aplicando conocimientos de mecnica, matemticas, propiedades del metal, diseo y procedimientos de mecanizado. Horario de trabajo: De lunes a viernes de 15:15 a 23:45 horas. Lugar de trabajo: Bridgeville, PA. Responsabilidades: Operar mquinas o equipos - Operar equipos y mquinas bsicas y llevar a cabo tareas rutinarias. Gestin de Operaciones - Llevar a cabo tareas operativas siguiendo los procesos establecidos. Mantenimiento y reparacin de equipos - Ayudar a mantener y reparar equipos realizando preparativos y prestando asistencia. Utilizacin de equipos de precisin - Interpretar y utilizar equipos/instrumentos de medicin de precisin como micrmetros, relojes comparadores y medidores de profundidad. Instrucciones y planos - Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y tolerancias geomtricas. Comunicaciones internas - Intercambiar informacin con las personas teniendo interacciones corteses con ellas. Polticas y procedimientos - Trabaja con orientacin para comprender las polticas y los procedimientos, al tiempo que se asegura de que coincidan con las estrategias y los objetivos de la organizacin. Requisitos: HS Diploma / GED y / o 3-5 aos de experiencia relevante de mecanizado en un entorno de fabricacin o reparacin de operar tornos manuales, fresadoras, o tornos CNC / molinos. Experiencia en autoprogramacin o edicin de programas. Destreza con herramientas de medicin de precisin, como calibres y micrmetros. Capacidad para trabajar en el turno de noche. Utiliza habilidades de comunicacin verbal claras y eficaces para expresar ideas y solicitar acciones. Trabaja con orientacin para planificar, organizar y priorizar actividades a fin de cumplir eficazmente los objetivos empresariales. Aplica conceptos elementales para gestionar y aplicar sistemas de trabajo seguros. Experiencia / habilidades preferidas: Experiencia en el mecanizado de piezas o productos similares.
