This is done by working collaboratively with the Administrative Supervisor to ensure that the Mission Care Coordination Center allocates nursing resources in a fiscally responsible manner that is consistent with the individual unit productivity parameters based on unit census and patient acuity. The Controller directs and supervises the complete accounting system and financial function of the hospital. This includes charges, billing, A/R, cash receipts, collections, A/P, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and audits. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Each facility will ensure tracking of exemptions should this information be needed.
