Conduct proper opening and closing procedures.Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure store is staffed for optimal performance.Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism.Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facilities needs, including scheduling maintenance services.
