Shift: 1st shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00am - 4:30pm with flexibility perk.
Salary: Hourly non-exempt; commensurate with experience; eligible for quarterly bonus.
Summary of the Position
This position requires the operator to accurately set up, program, and operate machines while producing products according to blueprints and work order specifications. This position also requires the operator to accurately measure of product using various tools and methods.

Ability to effectively operate the End Former, Small Bender, Large Bender, and Hole PunchAccurate set up and program machine with specifications of product informationAccurate reading of all measurementsRoutine service of machinesProduce quality product while maintaining customer, and production standardsEnsure correct tools are used to operate machineInspect all work to ensure it meets specificationsPerform any other job responsibilities directed by management as business dictates

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferred

Ability to read a measuring tape, micrometers, and calipersAbility to read and interrupt blueprints (green sheets) Ability to accurately identify the correct tooling needed, determine cut length, and program the bender with measurements to run the part Ability to identify sizes and numbers

Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to read measuring scales, tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Ability to apply basic math concepts including angels.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
