Here, you will make an impact by:Managing a territory that consists of Small Hospitals and Physician practices in the Central part of the United StatesWeekly interaction with clients, specifically ExecutivesComplete understanding of all clients’ ongoing short and long term initiatives, success metrics, issues and needsProvide constant diagnostic service to clients including on site workflow, system and operational analysisAchieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territoryYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Current, valid Driver’s License.Previously held direct sales roles with a well-regarded information solutions, technology services or software business within the healthcare information technology sector.Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM application.
