Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Provide health care services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Provide treatment for job related injuries and illnesses.Conduct pre-employment health screenings and immunization clinics.Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations.May also conduct safety training programs.Provide employee counseling and referrals for occupational injuries and illnesses as well as other health-related matters.Monitor trends and causes of employee safety events and work with colleagues to identify areas of safety risk.Exceptional customer service skills.Previous experience in Employee Health or Occupational Health a plus. Works well in a team environment and at times independently.Comfortable working within and knowledge of EMR systems, medical terminology, and computer platforms highly desired.Critical thinking skills, strong clinical skills in such areas as health assessment, lab result evaluation, and immunization administration are important in our outpatient environment.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.Additional Preferences Hours are generally Monday – Friday and Day Shift (M/T/Th/F 6am - 230 pm and W 7am - 11am traveling to other facilities) with possibility of extended hours and some Saturday hours as needed to meet high volume needs.Why Join Our Team Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
