Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues or implement mitigation measures. Communicate findings and solutions to the FM team.In conjunction with the FM team’s Operations Center, monitor the Building Management System for fault, warning or failure conditions, and respond by mitigating and resolving these issues.Interpret building mechanical schematics, BAS Submittals & Sequences, and electrical line diagrams to resolve BAS-related issues.Conduct extensive self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in JCI’s product lines. Complete certifications as required by Johnson Controls.Continuously optimize the Building Systems for improved operation.
