The BJRS PT works to provide high quality healthcare that establishes diagnoses, prognosis, and develops a plan of care (POC) with short/long term patient centered goals that fall within the scope of PT practice. In addition, PT's roles are to promote fitness and wellness oriented programs to promote health following discharge from skilled therapy.
