Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Supervise the daily activities of assigned staff.Create work schedules, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff on performance expectations. Provides input for hiring and termination procedures.Coordinate patient care with other members of the team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes.Ensure that adequate supply levels are maintained and makes changes to supply as needed.Perform Cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures including echo and/or vascular exams, stress testing, Holter monitor scanning and PFTs. Monitors protocols and recommends updates or refinements as warranted.Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations and clinical responsibilities of CardiopulmonaryDiagnostics at one or more sites to include monitoring productivity, personnel needs, scheduling,monitoring overtime, supplies, equipment needs, quality control, education/orientation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Assist management with selection, development and supervision of personnel including establishing performance improvement criteria, overseeing personnel cross training between cardiopulmonary diagnostic modalities and overseeing students within the department.Perform other duties as assigned.May be required to be "on-call."Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred.
