Interested in learning more We have multiple roles available on our teams!Project Managers in project execution are accountable for the successful execution of large utility-scale renewable power generation projects including solar PV, wind, and battery storage. Key responsibilities encompass construction safety, quality assurance, scheduling, contractor scope management, and budget oversight. These roles involve ensuring contract compliance, and managing project closeout. Project Managers will ensure adequate staffing, monitor construction progress, establish strategic goals, and closely track performance to achieve these objectives. Project Managers engage with field supervision and project engineering teams and provide training and guidance for continuous improvement and professional growth.Responsibilities:Ensuringthe timely execution of the project within the established schedule and budgetary constraints and in compliance with safety, reliability, technical quality and regulatory requirementsProactively overseeingthe execution of project contracts including the thorough review and approval of change orders and invoicesCoordinatingproject expectations, workflows, and communications among various departments and stakeholders, both internal and external, to RWECE to ensure alignment with the project objectives, contracts, budgets and schedulesConducting Quality Analysis/Quality Control for key deliverables associated with both managed projects and task, as well as those overseen by othersIdentifying, reporting, and managing project risks in collaboration with the relevant project stakeholders to develop effective mitigation plansSelecting members of the project site team and providing clear direction to ensure the achievement of project goals and objectivesMaintaining effective communication with senior management and all project teams, both internal and external to the company. Prepare and distribute progress status reports, as requiredEnsuringthe highest standards of environmental health and safety on assigned renewable energy project(s)Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management related field of study from an accredited college or universityProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) is a plusMinimum 5years of relevant work experience; 5+ years of progressive project management experienceExperience in the power generation field is preferredConstruction field experience is preferredAble to travel 25% to 50% of the timeHas a valid US driver’s licenseExceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage customer relationshipsDemonstrated commitment to learning about the Company and the renewables spaceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and TeamsStrong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlinesStrong organizational skills and adept at coordinating multiple tasks and deliverablesCapable of multi-tasking, while working independently and as part of a teamHighly motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, with robust problem-solving capabilities.Proven track record of empathy, relationship building, and effective leadership across diverse backgroundsReceptive to feedback, open to challenges, and eager for professional development.
