Job Duties: Review production sheets and menus to determine the type and quantity of foods to prepare. Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare assigned menu items. Arrange and present food attractively and appetizingly. Test food by tasting, smelling, and using a thermometer to ensure it meets health and recipe standards.
