Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Systems, Supply Chain Management or in a similar field preferred. Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Logistics, or similar is highly valued. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Operations or Logistics Management. 2 years of Management experience. Familiar with Canopy Inventory Control system; a Windows-based suite of application modules designed for the Food Industry by Food Industry professionals is preferred but not required. Experience in commercial commodities, perishable goods, or refrigerated foods warehouse environment, with a global knowledge of the supply chain (warehouses, transportation, planning and sales, distribution) preferred. Knowledge and experience using technology (such as Excel proficiency) to deliver a high level of real time information to all stakeholders to include the sales department, distribution centers and managers.
