Job ResponsibilitiesParticipant in both formal and informal compensation surveys, and analyze data from survey sources to determine market competitiveness both internally and externally.Research and assess market prevalence and trends regarding variable pay program designs and targets.Assist in preparation of annual compensation cycles related to merit and incentive (STI and LTI) programs.Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners to develop job specifications insuring consistency with other jobs in the same compensation band and job family progressions.
