Essential Functions and Duties: Cut and chop weeds and other types of vegetation using gasoline-powered equipment such as weed eaters and non-powered hand tools such as machetes, axes, or tree trimmers. Spray herbicides on selected weeds and grasses using filled backpacks that weigh between 25 and 30lbs. Remove and stack cut vegetation in, along and around channels, drainage elements and rights-of ways using hand rakes or pitchforks. May enter the channel in water up to three feet in depth or from the bank to dislodge and remove drifts and debris (trees, limbs, brush, vines, trash, and refuse) that impede water flow around and under bridges or other areas. The duties of an aircraft refueler will consist of servicing aircraft and other equipment with aviation and automotive fuels with the use of tanker trucks, hydrant carts or tow carts. Daily Thermetrics, a leader in high-quality manufacturing, is seeking a skilled QA Inspector. This role ensures product safety, reliability, and quality by independently performing inspections using advanced techniques to detect corrosion, defects and other conditions.
The QA Inspector conducts inspections, interprets findings and reports results per company and engineering standards, while effectively communicating with customers, engineering teams, and management.
Production positions may be assigned to either of the following full-time work schedules: First Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm Second Shift: Monday - Friday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Job Duties:
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Adhere strictly to QA standards and practices, as well as sales order and engineering requirements. Conduct all assigned QA inspections, testing, and calibration duties. Assist non-certified inspectors or new hires with on-the-job training and guidance. Perform or attain job-required Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certification as necessary. Carry out inspections for which qualifications or certifications are held. Accurately interpret and report the results of inspections to relevant stakeholders.

In this role, you will support our purchasing and sales departments, ensuring that projects are completed safely, accurately, and within tight deadlines to meet both quality standards and customer expectations.
The Purchasing Assistant is an entry-level position that plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, assisting with the preparation of key procurement documents, and tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Support the Purchasing Department in preparing RFQs (Request for Quotation), RFPs (Request for Proposal), and purchase orders. Collaborate with the Sales team to obtain pricing from suppliers for RFQs. Assist in tracking open orders, updating procurement statuses, and maintaining detailed reports. Work with the Accounting team to resolve supplier invoicing discrepancies. Communicate with suppliers to address missed deliveries, short shipments, and other order issues. Contribute to team objectives by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
