Directs workers assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies needed to effectively maintain and operate the facility. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase work efficiency. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Confers with supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. May perform maintenance work, but only temporarily or in an emergency. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Duties: Operate transit vehicles safely and smoothly to transport passengers. D&R operators: According to the schedule of the Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) or printed manifest. Assure compliance to all applicable DOT laws and regulations. Assists in emergency evacuations as assigned and performs other related work as required. Assure cleanliness of vehicles. The Therapy Team leader assists the Director of Therapy Operations in day-to-day operations of a therapy team or discipline. QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSLicense or Certification:- Current State license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.- If clinician is an SLP, successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.Minimum Qualifications:- A minimum of three year's discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years being clinical.- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification, preferred.Machines, Equipment Used:- General office equipment such as computer/laptop, telephone, copy/fax machine, calculator, scanner, etc.- Microsoft Office software, to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.Physical Requirements:- Visual acuity, speech recognition, speech clarity.- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds including medical supplies and equipment and the transferring and repositioning of patients. Reasonable assistance may be requested when lifting, pushing, and/or pulling are undertaken which exceeds these minimum requirements.Skills and Abilities:- Oral communication, written communication, active listening. Must be able to speak and understand English.- Information ordering, deductive reasoning, social perceptiveness, time management, critical thinking.- Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.- Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.Environmental Conditions:- Indoor, temperature controlled, smoke-free environment.
