Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician supports the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all production equipment and systems within the facility, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects. This role is responsible for repairing and installing advanced production/manufacturing equipment, inspecting equipment for proper functioning, and performing preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer specifications. May mentor and provide support to less experienced mechanics, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and make more complex repairs or adjustments as needed.

Job Duties: Perform preventative maintenance on advanced production equipment. Repair sophisticated production equipment as needed. Conduct breakdown analysis. Change production lines for package changeovers. Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards. Work independently under limited supervision (self-management). Document work schedules and tasks completed.
