Your Day at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department. Customer Service Associates work in one of the following departments, based on hiring needs and skillsets: Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.
