Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electro-Mechanical Technician (EMT) supports the operation, inspection, and maintenance of all production equipment and systems within the facility, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects. This role is responsible for repairing and installing advanced production/manufacturing equipment, inspecting equipment for proper functioning, and performing preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer specifications. The EMT may mentor and provide support to less experienced mechanics, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and make more complex repairs or adjustments as needed.

Job Duties: Perform preventative maintenance on advanced production equipment. Repair sophisticated production equipment as needed. Conduct breakdown analysis. Oversee or perform general housekeeping and upgrade production lines with new or upgraded equipment/technology. Direct activities of outside contractors working on the assigned line. Change production lines for package changeovers. Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards. Work independently under limited supervision (self-management). Document work schedules and tasks completed. Respond effectively to all emergencies. Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.Assists with staff scheduling. The Environmental Site Supervisor/Foreman is responsible for managing projects which include but are not limited to site remediation, demolition, waste management, emergency response, hazardous materials handling, hazardous waste cleanup and site restoration. The Supervisor/Foreman is a working manager and is expected to perform the required work as needed in addition to managing the project. This individual is responsible for managing field personnel in a safe and compliant manner according to H&S requirements as well as according to scope and budget.

Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with senior estimators in preparing bids, submittals and material take-offs. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless progression from design through completion. Determine resources needed for each project, including manpower, equipment and materials, within budgetary limits. Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and quality standards. Monitor project milestones and adjust project plans and schedules as needed. Manage procurement and inventory to efficiently address project needs and avoid delays. Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors and vendors. Regularly evaluate project progress through on-site assessments. Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner. Uphold high standards of quality and safety throughout project execution. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 2+ years demonstrated experience as a project manager, preferably in the environmental, rail or general construction industry. Familiarity with quality standards and health and safety protocols. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Superb organizational and time-management competencies. A collaborative individual with strong leadership qualities. Experience in estimating and quoting is favorable. BS/BA in engineering or pertinent field. PMP or an equivalent certification would be beneficial. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Ability to pass pre-employment/post-offer drug/alcohol screening and background check.
