This position will design a variety of structures (pitshells, haul roads, stockpiles, etc.) as needed based upon all the parameters that impact the facility as well as support regional management with mine plans. This position will work in a team with other ‘in house’ geologists and mining engineers to produce 3D geological models and mine designs for evaluating the quality and quantity of reserves and resources at our aggregate and sand & gravel mines across the United States. This position will also produce phased working plans and dump designs to ensure the safe, sustainable, and economical recovery of the minerals at those sites.
