The QA Inspector conducts inspections, interprets findings and reports results per company and engineering standards, while effectively communicating with customers, engineering teams, and management.
Production positions may be assigned to either of the following full-time work schedules: First Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm Second Shift: Monday - Friday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Job Duties:
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Adhere strictly to QA standards and practices, as well as sales order and engineering requirements. Conduct all assigned QA inspections, testing, and calibration duties. Assist non-certified inspectors or new hires with on-the-job training and guidance. Perform or attain job-required Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certification as necessary. Carry out inspections for which qualifications or certifications are held. Accurately interpret and report the results of inspections to relevant stakeholders.

This position is responsible for assembly of thermal-instrumentation products that are used in refinery and chemical plant facilities. Assembly Technicians are responsible for working in a cohesive team environment to produce sub-assemblies, and final products as well as coordinating onsite work with engineering, inspections, machine shop and other production personnel.
