T.G Meat Center is seeking to hire multiple meat cutters. This job requires a person to work in a cold refrigerated warehouse space. These are full-time positions, and we are looking to hire meat cutters with at least 1-2 years experience. Candidates that have experience cutting meat with commercial electric bandsaw are preferred. Perform maintenance and repair work on plant equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, fans, turbines, bearings, boilers, pipe systems, valves and limitorque operators. (disassembly, part repair or replacement, assembly).Operates monitors and maintains turbines, generators, pumps, scrubber plants, industrial wastewater treatment plants, boilers, motors, combustion turbines and associated auxiliary equipment.Trains and develops other employees in performing preventive maintenance and routine equipment service activities. Practices situational leadership, environmental and safety stewardship.Leads equipment or system problem identification and recommends solutions.Perform predictive/preventive maintenance.Perform electrical maintenance on generators, transformers and MOV&rsquos.Perform troubleshooting on plant equipment such as power and control circuits, heaters, motors and transformers using electrical test instruments.Develops operating procedures for plant equipment to ensure consistent and safe operation.Performs all work during an assigned shift in a safe, continuous and efficient manner while maintaining environmental and housekeeping standards within federal, state and local guidelines. Performs work per Work Management processes and ensures safety using equipment Tag out process.Assists in requisitioning parts and supplies.Perform any other duties as assigned.POSITION SCOPEThe incumbent in this position must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization. The CPRM independently selects and uses inspection equipment to check dimensions of all critical components during the assembly and repair process and gives a written description of the wear and condition of critical components. This position also ensures all forms and documentation are complete prior to submission of quotation. The CPRM will also be responsible to paint, install all tagging, and prep the equipment prior to shipment to the customer.
