GSM-O II provides network operations and cyber defense support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in support of the DoD and COCOMs. The selected candidate shall execute in real time, in accordance with mission requirements, ensure “Authorized mission partners” have visibility and usability of proper operational capabilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide the ability to translate operational requirements into logical and integrated technical solutions; advise the staff members on holistic methodologies to accomplish their tasks and missions given their respective problem sets.Design and build applications that are scalable, optimized for maximum speed, efficient and have visually appealing UI/UX designs.Write functional, reusable code on the front- and back-end including APIs, and Libraries for current and future use.Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software/applications.Write technical documentationAutomate Business Processes leveraging a variety of Technologies including SharePoint. `Support changes across knowledge management in coordination with other site knowledge managers such as Unit testing, recurring bug fixes, minor updates, and other coding issues for new and existing applicationsBe proficient in development using some of the following technologies: JavaScript/Jquery, Agile Development, Content Types, Related Lists, Web parts, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), System Architecture, Visual Studio, Geospatial Mapping, Keyhole Markup Language (KML) Files, Easy Tabs, Structure Query Language (SQL), Extensible Markup Language (XML), eXtensible Stylesheet Language (XLST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)/Representational State Transfer (REST), SharePoint, Tableau, Sentinel, Service Now, Business Intelligence (BI), and JiraBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.Currently possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP)Experience with Azure DevOps, Scaled Agile Framework, & ScrumClient Interaction experienceFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)Strong Problem-Solving abilitiesExperience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)Experience at Joint Command and/or Operations Center.Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)Familiarity & knowledge with the following, Apache Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud & NifiKnowledge of policy development and maintenanceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers and technical personnel in high-stress situationsUnderstanding of key network monitoring protocolsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 SuiteGSMOOriginal Posting Date:2024-04-25While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
