Complexity: The field aspect complicates commissioning a system. The SFE needs to have a high level of knowledge on a wide variety of Audio Visual equipment and different manufacturers. Providing training and support for other FE's and for the most complex systems and tasks requires a very experienced person with exceptional people skills.
