Description The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a dynamic SURTASS Technical Advisor for SURTASS program in Virginia Beach, VA. The candidatewill be responsible participating in the planning, execution and reporting of new equipment installations and existing SURTASS system upgrades to include communications, array processing, navigation and ADNS/INC III network systems.This position is predominantly an independent position that requires the candidate to work with no supervision, lead technical repair activities on site or remotely, oversee the installation and upgrades of SURTASS electronics systems, and may be assigned as government representative to direct and approve shipboard installations conducted by other system engineers.
