Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Work experience may substitute for a four-year degree on a year-for-year basis.• A minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in healthcare.• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification is preferred.
