In order to be considered for this position, applications must hold a TS/SCI security clearance from the United States government. In this role, you will be responsible to provide computer support services to users in all areas of the company, focusing on spaces requiring a clearance within the established service level agreements. While this position will focus on backend support of servers, virtualization, and other data center specialties, some portion of time will be spent addressing various technical incidents and problems, work with various types of software, and supporting PC hardware/peripherals, and other various tasks associated with end user readiness and support as needed. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degreeMinimum of 3 years of related work experience in Windows Server AdministrationCurrent IAT Level II certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+ CE) or the willingness and ability to receive within 6 months of employmentAbility to support infrequent travel to other corporate sites as required. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.
