WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage the development and execution of technology roadmaps, including pilots and releases.Partner with product, operations, and business teams to streamline knowledge-related projects and ways of working.Establish a clear vision for the knowledge management system, defining goals, target audiences, and desired outcomes.Actively engage with subject matter experts, end-users, and stakeholders to understand and address knowledge needs.Drive organizational readiness efforts, including communications, training, and tracking key success metrics.Monitor user interactions with the knowledge base, ensuring usability and navigation improvements.Research and recommend new knowledge-related capabilities aligned with business needs.Develop and support roll-out strategies for knowledge enhancements and new capabilities.Conduct ongoing user feedback evaluations through Knowledge NPS and roundtables.Partner with technology teams to introduce and integrate new knowledge and collaboration tools while maintaining alignment with existing processes. Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategy, people, processes, and technology for knowledge initiatives.Creating and maintaining detailed project plans to manage technology development and deployment.Driving change management efforts, including clear communication and training strategies.Researching and evaluating the latest Knowledge Management and AI trends to inform roadmap development.Monitoring and analyzing key success metrics and user feedback to implement continuous improvements.Engaging directly with stakeholders to solve problems, recommend solutions, and drive both business and technical advancements. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent. (Major in Business or Information Sciences preferred) OR technical training.Proven expertise in Salesforce, including AI capabilities.Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Microsoft Project.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Ability to influence, challenge stakeholders, and lead change initiatives.Knowledge of the latest trends in Knowledge Management, Learning, Service Technology, and AI.Highly flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities or unexpected challenges.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple functional areas.Minimum of 5 year Project Management, Agile Scrum experience with HR/Payroll development projects or related experience.Experience in progressive structured analysis or systems analyst experience.Requires strong interpersonal skills, good presentation and communication skills and analytical ability and a considerable aptitude in human relations.Proficient in the following (or related) computer programs: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Internet/Intranet. etc.Good working knowledge of SQL Query and Project Management software preferredShould be working towards PMP or equivalent Professional Project Management certification.
