Role Overview: Benoure is seeking experienced and qualified Service Technicians to join their growing team. As a Service Technician at Benoure, you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver top-notch service to their clients. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.Apply your knowledge of local HVAC and plumbing codes to ensure all work meets industry standards.Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring every job is completed correctly the first time.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Represent Benoure in a professional manner at all times.Commit to a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, with overtime opportunities available.Participate in an on-call rotation from October through April (with summers off). Qualifications: Must have experience and certifications in one or more of the following areas: Gas, Plumbing, Refrigeration.Must pass a clean driver’s and criminal background check.Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying heavy objects, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds.Commitment to following proper safety techniques at all times.A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success.
