Role Overview This opportunity is ideal for residential carpenters who take pride in their craft and enjoy contributing to high-caliber, custom home projects. Silver Maple is hiring for both Lead Carpenters and Carpenters to join crews that value trust, collaboration, and staying together across projects. Candidates should be well-rounded builders with at least five years of experience in framing, siding, window installation, and finish carpentry. While most work is local, candidates open to traveling 1–2 hours for select projects will be valued. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional flexibility.
