Job Overview:
The primary position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:In partnership with senior leaders, managers, and employees, the core responsibilities include:
Developing, implementing, measuring, and leading key initiatives and projects in areassuch as onboarding, change management, compensation/total rewards, metrics/analytics,employee relations/engagement/development, culture, diversity, performance, talentmanagement, organizational effectiveness, management capability/leadershipdevelopment, and policies/procedures and complianceProviding management coaching to front line managers and senior leadersPartnering with the business to influence organizational design and change initiativesEngaging with employees to understand challenges, perspectives, and engagementFacilitating training on topics such as conflict management, communication, workplacecivility, team dynamics, leadership, and/or foundational management practices
Solving problems and identifying root causes of various complex issues and quickly implementing solutions across multiple professionsOur ideal candidate will possess:
3+ years’ experience in similar Human Resources roleUpbeat, friendly demeanorProficient in ExcelExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsMotivated and possessing the ability to work independently with little or no supervisionValid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position in Washington is $85,000-$110,000, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
