Orica will provide on the job training and the necessary CDL schooling.Work scheduleMonday thru FridayHome every nightLocal driving (2-3 hours)Early morning starts approx. 4 AM8-12 hours per day approx.Overtime may be neededWhat you will be doingContribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”), keeping safety guards on equipment in place, using equipment safely, and looking out for the other members on your teamMaintain a clean job site by picking up tools and equipment and securing job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazardsLoad and unload trucksAssist other team members when necessaryOperate mobile equipment on siteAssist with maintenance tasks including lubrication, maintenance, minor repairsOrganize stock and products within the warehouseMaintain accurate records of products that have been stockedVerify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all products are in excellent conditionWhat you will bringAbility to work independently and complete daily activities according to work scheduleAbility to work from elevated heightsMining, quarry, and construction experience a plusExperience with hand tools and mechanical aptitude preferredNote: Orica does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
