You will report directly to the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining a high performing hospice program including managing, overseeing, and directing patient care activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care. This role is responsible for teaching, evaluating, and developing associates and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and regulatory agencies.This is an exciting leadership role offering the opportunity to assist with managing the services of hospice and providing direction and support to the staff that provide the hospice services.
