Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’Chillerexperience, with knowledge of maintenance procedures, trouble shooting and installation of equipment of all brands. Assistsbranch leadership with coaching and mentoring of branch technicians with the delivery of customer satisfaction and following operational processes. Providing Level 1 technical support andassistwith technical development for others. Ensures work is being performed in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements andoperateson the job with the highest of ethics. How you will do it You will be assigned primary service accounts and responsibility for executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, service requests and recommending necessary upgrades or repairs to prolong the equipment life cycle of our customers’equipment. You will establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.You will be expected to provide quote estimates for labor & material repairs and upgrades asneededas well as coaching and mentoring other HVAC Mechanics in quoting.You will represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer’slocation. You will be required to use cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, rigging equipment, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repairequipment. You will be expected to continually enforce safety to the highest standards andmaintainsecurity and accountability of company issued andprocuredassets by recording use, wear, andconditions. You will be expected to work as part of a team who is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to all itscustomerswhich may require the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires.What we look for Required: Universal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems CFC. Certification isrequired.Experience/factory training on variousWater and Air cooledChillers with emphasis on York, Carrier,Traneand Daikin.Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and workingproficiencywith hand-heldcomputer(i.e., Smartphone, iPad)Adherence to company safety programValid driver's license,Good verbal and written communication skillsand ability to lead a team of 6-12 Mechanics.Must be able to be on call nights and weekends on aFour-to-six-weekcycle rotatingbasis.At least 5 years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience with all types of HVAC systems, various compressor technologies, HVAC control systems, and speed drivesas well as leadership experience in managing small technical teams.#TechHiring
